Eight businesses. All mine. All dead. And every one of them died in exactly the same way. I fell in love with the idea, built the whole thing, then went looking for people who wanted it. By the time I found out they didn't, the money was gone and so was another year.

The lesson cost me eight attempts to learn: you don't build and then find customers, you find customers and then build.

So that's what I do now. I help people who want to build their own digital product validate the demand and land a paying customer before they spend months on the wrong thing.

Not theory. Just the thing I wish I had 8 years ago.
