I began by creating concept designs, which I continuously tested with current users to ensure alignment with the Founder's vision. Once these designs were finalized, I held extensive meetings with the CTO to ensure that everything I designed could be effectively implemented in their product. After receiving the green light from both the Founder and the CTO, I commenced work on the design system. I started by laying the foundations and then proceeded to work on the components, ensuring that I involved the entire design team at each step. To facilitate their understanding, I utilized my YouTube tutorials to teach them how to create and manage design systems. As the design system evolved, I assigned them challenges and tasks that required them to apply these skills, fostering a deep understanding of how to create, manage, and maintain the system. Additionally, I initiated the creation of internal systems to optimize the entire delivery process. This involved helping everyone, from designers to developers, work together more efficiently, thereby reducing the time from idea to delivery. This optimization was achieved through a series of workshops and brainstorming sessions conducted throughout the project.
